New Obsession

It has taken me a while to admit this, but I am obsessed with the Twilight books. I'm still on the first one, but will probably have all four read by the end of the week! Even though they are teen dramas, they are so good! You have to check them out! I might go to the movie by myself. I know, it's sad.

Two of My Favorites

Congratulations Laura and Jay!

We traveled to Charleston, SC for Laura and Jay's wedding this past weekend. The wedding was Sunday afternoon and so much fun! The only problem was the crazy weather. The ceremony and reception were on Isle of Palms at The Citadel Beach House. The ceremony was supposed to be outside, but someone definitely had other plans for us. It seemed like a tropical storm was raging through that beach. The parking lot was flooded and we had to go four wheeling to park our car. The only time it stopped raining was when Laura had to walk from her car to the building. Needless to say, they moved the wedding inside and the rest of the night went off without a hitch. Laura was a great sport and looked absolutely amazing! Congrats y'all!

It's Been a While...

I'm back! For some reason I took a long blogging hiatus. New Blog, new everything it seems like these days. So much has happened since I last posted in March. I'll try to recap our life over the last few months:

• Scott and I got married May 17th!
• We went on an amazing honeymoon to Fiji
• Scott is training for his first Iron Man
• We've been to weddings all over and are gearing up for some more! (Caroline & Yaron, Laura & Jay, Cat & Chris, Allen & Macon)
• We traveled to the mountains with our fun dinner group
• We survived Hurricane Hannah
  
• Our good friends Steve and Tamara are expecting a baby girl
• Scott turned the big 3-0
  
• I'm still plugging along in school and working at O2 fitness
• I'm addicted to The Biggest Loser
  

Things are good, life is fun!
